Dual wall / Adhesive heat shrink tubing

The dual wall adhesive heat shrinkable tube is polyethylene on the outer layer, a hot melt adhesive on the inner layer. After heated, the inner layer begin to melt and flow. And when the dual wall tubing cools, the inner layer will form an adhesion layer between the tubing and the component or wire.

Flame Retardant Heat Shrinkable Dual Wall Tube 3:1

Heat shrinkable dual wall tube is manufactured by co-extrusion of irradiated crosslinking polyolefin and specifically designed hot melt adhesive. This tubing maybe used in a wide variety of electrical applications, including back end connector sealing , breakouts, and connector to cable transitions. High expansion ratio makes it possible to repair most damaged cable jackets without removing connectors.
